Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing and utilizing the TradingRockets platform ("the Service"), you establish a legally binding agreement to abide by these terms. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must immediately cease usage of the Service.

Platform Services

Our infrastructure provides automated signal transmission technology, bridging TradingView alerts to external trading environments (including MT4, MT5, and NinjaTrader). We strictly serve as a software conduit.

• Real-time automated execution parsing.
• Webhook security and payload delivery.

Account Protocol & Security

You assume total responsibility for maintaining the cryptographic security of your account credentials and generated API keys.

• You must provide accurate verification information.
• You must immediately notify us of any security breach.
• Account sharing or API key dispersal is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Billing Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring advance cycle. You maintain the right to terminate your subscription via your account dashboard at any time; however, partial-month refunds are not provided unless mandated by regional law.

Intellectual Property

The code architecture, visual design, and operational logic of TradingRockets remain our exclusive intellectual property. Reverse engineering, unwarranted duplication, or deployment of competitive clones utilizing our proprietary code is expressly forbidden.

Limitation of Liability

Under no legal doctrine shall TradingRockets be liable for indirect, incidental, or catastrophic damages resulting from:

• Trading execution delays or broker-side rejection.
• Server latency, API downtime, or webhook failure.
• External unauthorized access to your account.

Service Evolution

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued utilization of the platform following policy updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised terms.
